I read this book shortly after getting diagnosed with depression and it helped give me ideas about how to cope and overcome some of the things I was struggling with. The essays from other people with depression were helpful. The only thing I didn't like was how the book was organized. I read the E-book so maybe it would be better with a paperback. I just felt like the sections didn't flow great one to another. That being said, I still really liked it and it did help me. I recommend this book to other people with depression to help discover coping tools to help them.
