Sögur af höfunda- og einkarétti í Bandaríkjunum, allt frá fyrrihluta nítjándu aldar til seinni hluta tuttugustu aldar. Ég sleppti reyndar nokkrum einkaréttarköflunum. Höfundaréttarsögurnar voru allar áhugaverðar á sinn hátt og jafnvel þær elstu hafa ennþá gildi í nútímanum.
