This book starts out great and definitely, the Miracle Morning book will change your life, but after that recommendation, the songs and accompanying text go downhill.

The Playlist for Life is a motivating and fun book that I would highly recommend for anyone who is ready to make changes in their life—be it weight loss, a career change or just meeting a goal you’ve put off for too long. We all need a little motivation and good ideas to make the music in our souls smile. Christie says, “Happiness is free—success is not tied to money, income, financial status or the car you drive.” True words. Christie gives great advice you can implement immediately with a workbook to help you along your journey. She uses common sense, humor, great & timeless music and her own personal experiences (many of which you’ll relate to—I sure did!) to share about how to live a life filled with authenticity, passion and happiness. Read this book—you won’t regret it. Then use Christie’s “playlist for life” or create your own to meet your needs.

This fun, quick read takes various songs and the meaning that they had in the author's life, and uses them as coaching tips. The author's sincerity and sassiness come through in her writing style, which is like having your girlfriend sit down next to you, chatting with you and giving you pointers.
