Asperger Syndrome in Young Children: A Developmental Approach for Parents and Professionals

Rate this book
The authors provide a diagnostic model based on assessment of the child in contrast to 'neurotypical' children, considering relationships at home, school or in care. They show how to develop early intervention strategies and aid parents, teachers and mental health professionals in making informed decisions to nurture the development of AS children.

I ordered this book the moment I decided to educate myself and it was one of the greatest choices I've ever made.
A complete guide for parents, teachers and researchers. I would highly recommend it!
That world I read about, was a complete "whole new world" to me; it took me a long time to figure some stuff and get to realize others. I knew nothing(=
Umm, I found the part when it spoke about group therapy and the teaching techniques very useful. TEACHING IS NEVER AN EASY JOB.

What I really hope, is to read an Arabic version of the book. I hope too, that we become able to refer parents to the right places to seek for help.
