I couldn’t get through this book quick enough, out of all the tarot and oracle books I own this is one of the very best I have ever read. Not only does the author talk about the cards and the different spreads she also talks about the setting, your mood, the different deities and the most important thing of all is your meditation. The author doesn’t just talk about theses, she explains the best possible methods to help you achieve your goal.
After reading the free sample of this book from the Amazon kindle app on my phone I downloaded the book for £2. Now Im going to buy the paper back book as I know it’s a book I will always refer too.
This was a good beginner's book for learning about oracle cards. This breaks down some basis about the cards, how to use your intuition to interpret them and some spreads to get you started. I think this is a good book for anyone who is looking to understand oracle cards and start their journey using them.
I’m a beginner in the world of Oracle card readings and this book is incredibly helpful. Well written and to the point! It also clearly defines the difference between Tarot and Oracle. A must read for anyone new to Oracle cards
This book is full of gems! Very beginner friendly, straight to the point, and a wonderful reference to go back to! I would definitely purchase this in print instead of kindle! So grateful I was lead to this book and author!
Got my first set of oracle cards and found this book on KU to read more about the divination practice. Quick read & friendly writing style. Only a few typos but otherwise a well put together book.
It's a helpful book for someone just starting to work with Oracles. There is a lot in common with reading Tarot Cards. The book has a lot about magic in it, for me it's not a line I wish to explore currently. You don't have to do anything that may be conflicting with your own personal belief system. If you're not wanting to learn about using the cards in magic rituals, you can skip that part. I found the most helpful parts to be about developing intuition on card meanings.
