I love "Glossographia 1656".

What I enjoy most about "Glossographia 1656" is The perceptual difference of how words we still use today were defined differently.

Another interesting aspect is the encyclopedic descriptions that are included within some of the definitions; those encyclopedic descriptions can range from specific port names that use to exist in 1656, particular slang names of the islands, names and details of inventions that are not commonly known, and many more aspects of things.

"Glossographia 1656" is a treasure chest of excitement for those who are curious to know and learn the small and large details regarding a mesh of sub-subjects of study.
