A pretty long book (5k pages on my phone) and it feels even longer than that because a lot of it is extremely dense descriptions (instead of dialogue), so maybe 95% of it is plot, featuring politics, history, economics & business. Definitely not a book to read before bedtime, but surprisingly I made it till the end. The writing is engaging enough to keep the reader wanting to know what's gonna happen next.

The setting (民国) gives this book a somewhat serious/ tense feel to it, because at the back of your mind you know what's gonna happen next in history, but I'd say that even though 十个民国文九个虐，这位作者是亲妈，可以放心去读（毕竟读了5000页来换个BE真的会堵到心慌）

Side note/ 整篇文里楼逍大概说了不到300个字吧，绝对是我见过最寡言的主角之一，行动派一个

重生，民国，男儿身却被送去给大帅的儿子当男妻。后一条省去了很多情感纠葛虐心发展家庭矛盾，所以整体画风就是时代背景下的温馨日常，外加主角各种外挂，经商涉外，还推动科技武器发展，然后少帅如虎添翼在战场上完虐敌人，彻底改写历史。另一种方向的爽文，但主角低调，少帅家也只是挡不住的光芒而非专门出风头，看得心情愉悦（虽然毫无意外的影响睡眠），外加不一定准确但感受一下民国的整体氛围也很不错。
