Each volume, in addition to a complete index, has an extensive useful glossary explaining liturgical, scriptural and theological terminology. The Incarnate God is a multilevel catechism intended for use in classrooms and study groups, and is particularly designed for individual edification and growth.

We once taught out of this book for Church School, and it is one that I return to again and again. It had been a long time since I'd read this one (Volume 1) cover to cover, but it is definitely worth the time. Excellent theology, good explanations, and makes wonderful connections. It incorporates the readings, hymnography, and historical record to make the Feasts come alive and remind us of why we live a Festal faith.

Great pair of books. My only complaint is the same as for the previous pair in this series: the master/seeker format is used inconsistently and, consequently, ineffectively.
