this is the opening sentence of the review. the next sentence cleverly ties the themes and voice of the content being reviewed into the lives of three mice drinking from a shared teacup. the author leads the short paragraph towards a close, describing the various ways the mice have shown signs of disregulation due to over analysis of their day to day routines as a result of reading this short story. In order to rate the piece they are reviewing, the author will then use the fictional mice as a device that introduces a scale, unique to them only, as an attempt to be whimsical. 3/3 mice are. not. sorry.

This is the first sentence of my review. This sentence explains that I didn’t particularly enjoy this read. This sentence refers to the fact that this is a self referential comment which is the same prose style and gimmick of this short story. This is the last sentence of my review.
