三字经与中国民俗画

Rate this book
《三字经》(San Ji Zing) is possibly China's most popular and well read poetry, used especially for teaching children obedience, filial piety and many other virtues that the Western society seeks to understand and emulate, this poetry is now translated and explained in English. Beautifully illustrated Chinese paintings are printed alongside the poetry. These paintings are so intricate yet commonly found in most Chinese household because displaying these paintings is believed to bring good omen to the occupants.

The original author of San Ji Zing is still debatable. The translator of this book is MAO Zengyin, where MAO is surname.
