This book was published in the early 80s, yet people still diet. The book is chock full of reports on studies that show again and again that it is dieting that causes poor eating habits, not gluttony. Dieting divorces us from our natural connection to our body and satiety.

It us very informative...dry but educational...served its purpose for research material.
