Positive

I loved this book. It emphasizes the positive reasons people want to recover. It shares how to recover and what a wonderful life is waiting. The tips outline how to enjoy the path of recovery.

Awesome

This book confirmed what I was starting to learn about myself. The information in this book kept me from feeling like I was going crazy... I learned that even toxic relationships are an addiction! I can apply all the tips in this book to changing my addictive behavior and changing my life.

Excellent! Succinct and powerful!

The author teaches us what lived experiences and a Higher Power have taught him. We are the beneficiaries of his survived agony.
