I live in South Dakota with my husband and my two boys. I also have a dog named Quincy.

I usually do my writing on my laptop at the dining room table. Or I use the computer in my office.

I love writing nonfiction books because I learn all sorts of interesting things about our world.

I hope you read some of my books and learn, too. Maybe you will even get an idea for something you'd like to write!

This nonfiction book about the life as an EMT. It is a lot of pictures and it is easy to read. I like it because each page has a question then it is followed by the answer. Another thing I especially like about this book is there are key words throughout the reading that are bolded. Children are then able to go to the back in the book where there is a glossary.
