Start with the bad. He has a girlfriend/fiancee yet we get a somewhat vulgar scene of him with someone else. There were a couple other things, but that was the biggest complaint.

I give most everyone three stars, so this is a high rating. The rating is given for the plot and story itself. The writing wasn't bad, and I anticipate it will get better, but the story just kept going. He did not get off on tangents but stayed focused. The "near misses" of the character of interests was handled well.

Exciting beyond words

If I could I'd give this 4-1/2 stars. I don't give 5s very easily. But the story is so very well written and fleshed out it was nearly impossible to put down. I enjoyed the bit of light humor in it, which helped to break up some intense moments. If you are a techno-geek you will especially love that aspect of the story.
