This book has a great premise and started strong, but was overall disappointing. Several mysteries are introduced (a murder! a missing fairy godmother! a potential kidnapping! a stranger with a spider ring!), and none of them are solved. Instead we spend a lot of time with a few older men trying to pick up women, and then a happily ever after. Doesn't look like there's a sequel in the works, so I guess we'll never know what happened.
