Pam is sixteen when she meets Paul, a young army corporal from Poland. They fall in love and marry. Six years pass, war is over and they are happy.
Paul finally hears from his sister in Poland and applies to return. Husband and wife embark upon a journey to the Stalinist country of the 1950s, to an unknown and uncertain future. The Poland that Paul discovers is much changed from the country he fondly remembers, a land now ruled with fear. He vows to get Pam back to England, but this might not be possible.
Remind Me To Forget charts the true story of how far one young woman is prepared to travel for love, and continues the Swimming With Ghosts trilogy.
