JP Investigations: A 5-Books Romance Series

Rate this book
The complete 5-books romance series. No cliffhangers.Book 1: MicahLexi is everything a man like me should steer clear of. Mostly, that means she’s too good for someone like me. But when I realize that her brother is missing because of something that happened in my club, there’s really nothing for me to do but help her out. Something isn’t right around here, and I’m ashamed to say that I’ve been a little blind to something right under my nose. Lexi has woken me up in so many ways, and I’m not sure I’ll ever be the same again.Book 2: AaronI’m in Boston for one to chase down a lead on my boss’s missing son. Joshua is the owner and CEO of Joshua Pettit Investigations, and he tells me where to go and when. But it’s always up to me to find the best way to crack a case wide open. Of course, this is the first time that my main informant, in any case, turned out to be a prostitute. For the moment, she and I have mutual goals. But the more time I spend with Johanna, the more I realize that there’s a lot more to her than anyone has ever given her credit for.Book 3: ZandryComing to Denver in search of some runaway teens who might or might not be my boss’s kid is about the vaguest assignment I’ve ever had. Now, I’m following runaway teens all over town and watching them pull off panhandling schemes that would make an experienced thief green with envy. Something isn’t quite adding up here, and it has nothing to do with the carnies coming to town. Of course, hanging out with pickpockets occasionally means you get accused of doing the deed yourself. Fortunately for me, there is a super-hot cop who doesn’t mind coming to my rescue.Book 4: LiamFinding the bodies of dead runaways in a hole in the desert isn’t the worst thing I’ve ever seen, but it does come close. These kids are young, and their lives had promise. But now I’m here in Albuquerque to see if my boss’s kid might be one of the unfortunates. I’m hoping not because the CEO of JPI is not the type of man who will take the murder of his son lightly. Fortunately for me, I’ve happened onto a woman who is up to her ears in the business of runaway teens and also happens to look like an exotic angel come to take my poor Irish butt to heaven.Book 5: JoshuaBeth is probably one of the best things that’s ever happened to me. Of course, that probably makes me an idiot for constantly telling her we can’t be a couple. The problem is that I shouldn’t be sleeping with employees. And, of course, my kid ran away, and I’ve been tapping all my resources to find him. Now I’m in New Orleans with Beth, following one last lead. Of course, this also happens to bring my ex-wife out to help. Between her theatrics, a sarcastic local cop, and a voodoo priestess who can’t keep her nose out of other people’s business, all I can hope for is a happy ending that doesn’t end with a permanent stay in one of the Big Easy’s famous crypts.

‎Lola Silverman’s JP Investigations: A 5-Books Romance Series is an engaging blend of romance and suspense that follows the men of Joshua Pettit Investigations as they tackle dangerous cases while unexpectedly finding love.

‎Each book focuses on a different investigator Micah, Aaron, Zandry, Liam, and finally Joshua himself with backdrops ranging from nightclubs to carnivals to the streets of New Orleans. The series offers plenty of grit (missing persons, runaway teens, even murder), but what really shines is the chemistry between each couple. Silverman writes heroes who are flawed yet deeply protective, paired with heroines who are resilient, clever, and more than capable of holding their own.

‎The suspense elements are exciting without being overly complex, keeping the stories fast-paced and accessible. While the mysteries lean a little predictable at times, the romances are emotionally satisfying, delivering both heat and heart. At nearly 900 pages across five books, this set makes for a binge-worthy experience with no cliffhangers.

‎If you enjoy romantic suspense with protective heroes, strong heroines, and an ongoing thread of family, danger, and redemption, this series is well worth diving into.

‎--‎Think romantic suspense binge, but heavier on the romance than the mystery. The heroes are protective, the heroines are strong, and the chemistry? Off the charts.

‎If you love series you can sink into for days, where every book gives you a new couple but still ties into one big story, this one’s for you. 💋

Great read

This is a fascinating series each episode touches on some very serious child abuse issues and the vulnerability of young teenagers. Whilst looking for the runaway son of the owner of this private investigations company each of the operatives faces a journey of discovery about themselves and each finds love when they are least expecting it. There are a number of discoveries that are made as the investigation proceeds none good, many young people are taken advantage of and abused by people who are supposed to be caring adults. Seven teenagers set out together few survive and all are mentally damaged. A very interesting book that covers some very serious issues whilst also managing to bring the love interests to the fore.

Mulitfaucted series.

I was totally immersed in the overall storyline but enthralled by the various characters. Each location and individual story was one that kept you rooting for the couple involved. Each was true to the ultimate goal. The theme of "runaways/throwaways " was unfortunately so accurate and even understated. These things are happening everyday and everywhere. If you know of organizations that try to help GET INVOLVED, if you don't then start the discussion. Our next generation is looking for something, let it be the good in you.

Gripping boxset

These books are all bases about the disappearance in Joshua's son Easton. Joshua runs his own PI business. When they get a lead one of the investigators heads off and they each have their own book. When investigating they find their love match......not that they were actively seeking love.

It was hard for me to get what was happening with the first story first book then as it went to the second book and the others I finally got into it and i liked it, almost seemed like it was a shifter story the way they all clicked into place for the couple's cause that's what happened when they find their mates
