This is a first for me - I wouldn't usually think of including a recipe book in my book list. But I had to do it - because this unassuming book really has changed my life. Honestly!

I gained new knowledge about Pre/Probiotics. The recipes were all in metric, but I did get ideas to spice up my meals.
