This is one of those books that can help you change your life by learning how to meditate properly, use your breath and work on your posture. I had the deep pleasure of being a student of Michiko's for over seven years. Her book, and private coaching taught me how have more self control over my mind, learn to find inner peace and find more balance in each day. What's wonderful about this particular book is that inside are lessons that ACTUALLY teach you how to meditate and learn how to dissolve fear and any other negativity with the power of your mind, while making a connection with your soul. Meditating is not something that is easy to learn. But if you have a desire to learn meditation, Michiko's book, "Mental Fitness: Complete Workouts for the Body, Mind and Soul" will help you achieve and find an inner peace you may be searching for right now on your journey.
