Consuming More Salt does not Make You Drink More, but Quite the Opposite

Although this is the case for the first 24 hours after ingestion, an investigation published recently in the Journal of Clinical Investigation says that consuming more salt does not make you drink more, but the it reduces the intake of fluids.
