The book did give an idea about the physics part but not merely focused on Ancient India part. Excerpts were mentioned specifically from Vaisesika Darshana, but could have had touched it more in depth for better and ease of understanding.

The reading experience with this book was great, and I learned a lot about how ancient India had a strong scientific temperament and people with a scientific perspective. I gained insights into how Indians measured things, drew conclusions, and proved concepts in science.
