Wow. My first reaction on finishing this is sadness - it's almost like I've absorbed Crowhurst's rules on bidding. Like, an entire bridge life and career on ACOL is complete. I'm in awe that someone took the time to consider most bridge bidding sequences and attach meaning to them. Thank you.
Some of the conventions are dated but others make sense to think about. A must-read for any ACOL player!
