It outlines the structure of our dimension, and explains why it is conscious, and why it is able to arise out of absolutely nothing. It explains what function our dimension performs in the scheme of things, and it explains how the structure it must have in order to accomplish that function creates the foundations of religion, science, and the paranormal.
