Stanley Yokell is a Professional Engineer in process of retiring his professional licenses in preparation for retirement. He is a Fellow of the ASME.
Over a long life, he has spent as much free time out of doors in physical activity as possible, including making close to 1,000 scuba dives as deep as 225-feet, on wrecks, on the great barrier reef and in most of the oceans around the world.
An Avid bicyclist he has made many long distance bike tours including one from Trondheim, Norway to Paris France, a solo coast-to-coast ride on a 10-speed bike from Berkeley, CA to Atlantic City, NJ and a ride around the South Island of New Zealand on an 18speed mountain bike
He has climbed all 46 mountain peaks in the Adirondack Mountains of New York and the 46 peaks in the White Mountains of New Hampshire. He has Nordic skied in the Adirondacks, Vermont and Colorado
