I'm baffled by all of the four and five star reviews after listening to this series. This entire series is plagued with a underdeveloped storyline to include the plot twist and turns, underdeveloped characters, physical, mental & emotional abuse, mayhem, murder, stupidity, story inconsistencies, rudeness, crassest, narrators that read that story like first graders, but I was able to give 2 stars because with all that was going on in these stories....I laughed...this story is so silly that it's funny. This story is about 4 brothers and their dysfunctional relationships with the women in their lives as well as their parents. These brothers try to navigate the streets of Chicago robbing banks and operating a strip club and a night club. The various storylines between the brothers and their collective troubles made for a sub-par story.

This book took me on a ride. The different twists and turns had me on the edge of my seat. The betrayals that were revealed had me shook. Their enemies are working overtime to take the Hoover Gang down, and they are using everyone they can to do it. I can't wait until Shiree's ish hits the fan. She is the WORSE. That ending, though, my mind is blown.

🔥🔥🔥🔥 Fire read!!!
Jeez!! This book didn’t slow down not one time since it started! The characters were off the chain! I have soo much to say, but I don’t want to spoil it from others who didn’t read. lol. But. Baby Face & Drea was wrong on so many levels! I’m happy they came to the conclusion it was only grief they were acting on. I can’t wait until Tate, Rico, and that nasty ahh bihh, Shirree gets what coming to them. They need to get kill to only get brought back to life to get kill again 10x. Something is definitely funny about Mack and I can’t wait to find out what it is. Ash is wrong as well to be keeping Zavi Jr. from Quick! Don’t worry I can’t wait until he finds out about this! But wait a minute! BLAZE!!! I can’t wait to see how the H E L L he came back from the dead!! This book was outstanding and it held my attention from beginning to end. I can’t wait to start book 3. Great job, Latoya Nicole!!

OMG!!!! It keeps getting better and better! Girl you did that! I'm so into this dang book I could t concentrate on anything else. Lol! Omg is all I can say right now.... on to part 3 because I MUST KNOW HOW ALL THIS ENDS!!! You definitely have my attention with this series. These ninjas and females are CRAZY!!!! I literally had tears flowing while reading about Blaze. I have laughed and gotten mad at the same time at all these characters in your book. You are extremely talented. I will definitely be recommending this series to my friends.

Wild! Is the word for this book. If this is the tone for the rest of the series it is only going to get more outrageous. Like the plot is so unexpected, things happen and you like 😮 nahhhh can’t be, couldnt be. Rico and Tate and Shiree had me like 😮🤔🤢🤔. Nee characters like Mack have you putting your guard up. Oh and the way Latoya kills ppl off smh you are never prepared for it. Ex: Stacey, who saw that coming? Not me. Here we go again with another ending that leaves you wondering about what is next to come.

Latoya Nicole I'm mad at you. Ok so after the first few pages I almost stopped reading cause I was deep in my feelings. This book brought out all of my feelings for real. Had me looking all crazy. I laughed out loud and screamed about a few things. The five stars I gave were definitely deserved. You pulled me in even more with this installment. I guess I will be in my feelings until then.

Crying and laughing😮😩😁😀!!!!
Now this is how you keep people reading your material. Before reading this series I read Crime God. It was so good I read the Christmas story and almost had an asthma attack with Blaze and his antics. In this one I'm crying and laughing. I promise to get everything she has ever written and read them until there aren't anymore to read, to which I hope is never. Hilarious and exciting. Moving to part 3.
Now this is how you keep people reading your material. Before reading this series I read Crime God. Where We Left Off
The story continues "where we left off" and it's so good. These brothers are crazy and loyal (to each other) but you gotta love them. There's a lot going on so there's plenty of drama and non-stop action. I cried and laughed all the way through. My only issue is I read the prelude to the next book (which I normally don't do) and I felt it gave up too much. It confirmed my suspicions about... but I'm still all in with this series.

Latoya Nicole you better come through with the fye ass pen game!!! This book was ridiculously good! I never knew what to expect next, but I damn sure didn't expect the things that took place in this book. It was crazy from the beginning. There are so many secrets that are coming out. Blllaazzzzeee!! I couldn't put this book down. I can't wait for part 3!!

Good Read!!!
This book picked right up where the first one left off but I got a few issues, without giving the story away the characters were just making stupid decisions and doing way too much but that’s what kept it unpredictable, I can’t wait to read the next one and I hope that all secrets are closer to being revealed!

I was mad as I don't know what why you had to kill Blaze but the I feel the fire happy ninja ain't dead. I'm reading extra extra fast trying to find out. You have not let me down with any of your books so far, please keep up this awesome work.

Latoya had me cussing her out in my head over this book! It was so good! The storyline and plot was insane and character development was great! The drama kept coming and I cannot wait for part 3 and that sneak peek at the end had me feeling froggy!
