I’ve always been interested in mindfulness and wondered what a mindfulness book written for men would be about. It’s an enjoyable read, concise and well-organized. The tone is heartfelt, not too spiritual, relatable to the man on the street. It added a new dimension to the understanding of mindfulness to me.
"There are mentors to teach us practical life skills, mentors if the heart and mentors if the mind, spirit and soul. They will arrive when we are ready, but not necessarily when we are looking. They come from the shadows, and return to the mist when their work is done."
