While I haven't used Moon Handbooks much while traveling, the library had the San Diego guide, and I thought it might be useful to get to check out what I haven't seen. Honestly, it's not my favorite guidebook style, plus, I didn't find many new ideas on things to do. Not the best for the North County but didn't find too many new things in downtown either.
