I would use this book for my third grade science class. The content includes information about the rock cycle, erosion, and volcanoes. Since it is an easy read, I would also use it in my reading class to combine a reading and science lesson.

I would use this book in a 2-3 grade class. It is very easy to read. I would read this before a lesson to introduce rocks, erosion , and volcanoes to the students. I would do a lesson on the causes of erosion.
