Suspense, mystery and a tear jerking moment
This one keeps you clueless till the end (even though I guessed a small part of it). Everyone's lives are at stake more than normal.
Pinto (who I keep picturing as a horse) is tstl. Couldn't care less about her.
Jackie is her normally charming and kickass self.
Bogart having full conversations with a horse was incredibly funny and sweet. (I love horses)
Everyone else does stuff I guess.
But the person who stole the show here was Zach! We get to see a part of his humanity previously unseen. I want me a Zach.
This is not really a standalone since a couple of story lines are left open and unresolved.

GRIPPING!!
Another thrilling, page turning thriller from Holly Copella. Jackie and the ex navy seals are on another mission to keep an eye on Becks girlfriend Pinto. Pinto is sailing on a cruise ship with her father to a wedding. Beck suspect's that Pinto is being stalked. Lots of action as nothing goes to plan. While Jackie is with the boys, her husband Holden an FBI Agent is in trouble. Can't wait for the next book in this gripping series.

Zack is coming back, right????? He was the most interesting character in this series!!!! I knew he was being drugged from the pills he was given, but did not see the doc's betrayal coming. That was a bummer of the first order!! Jackie is wasted by this. Gosh. Thanks, Amarillo Turtle

action adventure
An action adventure filled with non stop action. This book like the previous four needs editing, some wording is incorrect making it difficult at times to follow. The stories are fast paced with tons of twist, betrayal and a little too much gore. Since the animals don’t get permanently harmed and the tough guys love and protect them it’s highly enjoyable

Love this series!
I stumbled across this series a week ago. I find the family group intriguing. The story lines are great to read. I particularly like that it involves romance and mystery without being raunchy.

Action romance with humor
This is a really good read. It has gunfights, lots of action whilst maintaining a bit of humour, with some romance thrown in.

It was a great adventure. These books would make an excellent movie. I was quite shocked at the ending (no spoilers though). I will just have to keep reading more.

Another wonderful, exciting read with a twisted ending. I will continue to follow this author. I just can't stop reading the tales that appear.

Sal is back with his daughter Pinto. Beck is convinced she is being stalked. They follow Sal and Pinto to a private island for a wedding to unite 2 mob families. What could possibly go? This is a suspense story with lots of snarky moments that made me laugh out loud! I highly recommend this book! A great read! While these are standalone books, I would highly recommend reading them in order!
