This rhyming verse about how to be close to the vine is a wonderful story. Although I wonder whether the illustrations are really that appealing to a child, I do hope the words are what makes it through. This one I will keep despite being overdue so that I can read it to my son.

Bruce Wilkinson breaks down verses from the book of John 15 for children. This poetic form gives insight into what God's role is in their lives and how children should live to become more like God, to grow fruit. This is a good book for parents to read to young children and for beginning readers.
