The first 150 are the real tips and the 151st is something that is for those who are unable to follow the first 150 🤣

The introduction was very clear that all the 151 are not compulsorily to be followed and we need to follow only those that are applicable for us. Most of the tips are difficult to adapt but it is a decent one to relate to the office environment.
