ദുബായ് നഗരം അവശേഷിപ്പിക്കുന്നത് കാലത്തിന്റെ കടലാസുതോണികളില് സഞ്ചരിക്കുന്നവരുടെ ഓര്മ്മകള് മാത്രമാണ്. അവര്, പേരില്ലാത്ത മുഖമുള്ള കുറെ മനുഷ്യര് ഒരു ദിവസം പൊടുന്നനെ നമ്മുടെ കണ്മുന്നില്നിന്ന് വിട പറഞ്ഞ്പോവുകയാണ്. പക്ഷേ, കാലം ഒരിക്കലും ഓര്മ്മകളെ മായ്ച്ചു കളയുന്നില്ല. കെട്ടിടങ്ങള് മാത്രമേ മാറുന്നുള്ളൂ. ചുവന്ന മണലില് ചുടുകാറ്റ് ചിത്രങ്ങള് വരയ്ക്കുന്നു. ഓര്മ്മകള് മണല്ത്തരികളായി ഓടിയെത്തുന്നു. പ്രവാസജീവിതത്തിന്റെ അനുഭവങ്ങളുടെ ചൂടില് സ്വയം അലിഞ്ഞില്ലാതായ മനുഷ്യര്.

a simple read on the life of people who worked in old Dubai....the Dubai which is very different to what you and I see now
