This is a masterpiece. If you are a practioner in the field in less violent parts of the world, you will read up on things less common in the middle of the night. I did so three times: gunshot, blunt trauma to the kidney (twice). Literally a life saver. Dirt cheap on eBay now, every urologist should own it.
