This volume delves deeper into the existence and past of some other ibs. It deals with a lot of heavy themes, death, the prominent amongst them. But it also asks a lot of very important questions about birth and living and remains as twisty as possible. Though, I didn't like it as much as the first volume, the story of Kokage did made me emotional, mostly because kids like her do exist (without the additional power of being an ib, of course).
Anyway, so far I'm both dreading and enjoying the manga, looking forward to what havoc it'll create next.
