The Love We Make: Mydnyt and Crimson

Rate this book
My name is Mydnyt Shade Cummings, named that as a joke by my parents because I was black with green eyes, just like a cat with bad luck. I'm 17 years old, in my last year of highschool and been a joke all my life. I dealt with so much pain that the tears I cried couldn't be sustained. My eyes told a story that my mouth refused to speak until Crimson walked in my life. Now trying to survive life and family, I'm stuck feeling worthless. Before the clock strikes 12 hear my song cry.
Crimson was paid and on the straight and narrow. But to a real man money means nothing without someone to share it with. Being 27 and lonely he comes across Mydnyt and seeing her story without being told, he can't help but feel the need to protect her.
Have you ever found your soulmate just from a glance? Not even Shakespeare could understand this gruesome sadness and the love that defined it all.

Good read

This was a good read. The book had a very good storyline and it kept my interest as to what will happen next. It was realistic and informative. The main characters showed development throughout the book. Some scenes needed to flow better and needed a little more detailing. Overall it was an enjoyable read and I can't wait to find out what's going on with Mydnyte. Good job!

1st read by this author. Mydnyt's treatment by her parents, Matt & Jessica was brutal. I hope no one has to endure this type of abuse. Drastic verbal & physical abuse made this story difficult to read at times. It was good Nyt knew her late grandmother, Joanne & current beau, Crimson loved her. Just when things seemed to look better, that ending...I hope it gets better for her in the next part

Mixed Feelings

So this storyline was good but OMG Mydnyt's parents were the absolute worse!! The things they did to their own child was insane. I'm so happy Crimson came into her life and saved her. I really want to see Mydnyt get her happy ending. Now the ending had me like wtf. How did she go from waiting for Crimson to be kidnapped? Is she dreaming? I'm all for a good cliffhanger but I wish there was some kind of inclination as to what happened. The ending was so abrupt.

Okk I really liked this story. I felt so sorry for Mydnyt she can't never catch a break. I love Crimson for her. I can't wait for part two. This book was very good from beginning to end.

This book was really good. I really enjoyed it. Very well written, I like the visuals the author gave as well... I'm glad Mydnyt has crimson... Although at times he was giving me R.Kelly teas 😂😂😂 he really cared for her.
