Great primer to teach you the ins and outs of ultrarunning. Particularly trail ultrarunning! Highly recommended for trail and ultrarunners without a lot of experience. Some advanced tips that even experienced runners may benefit from! A great read, and the book includes some training plans. I listened to the audio version of the book and it was well read!

I listened to the audiobook whilst running. It’s fun and uplifting to pick the brains of experienced runners while you are doing it yourself.
