دو کتاب قبلی خیلی بیشتر بر پایه ی "علم" بودن تا این کتاب و واقعا زورکی تمومش کردم. ولی برای کسی که یکم میخواد نسبت به "چاکرا" ها و شهود براساس عقاید بودایی اطلاعات کسب کنه شاید بد نباشه....هرچند که نمیدونم آیا حتی حرف های زده شده طبق عقاید بودا باشن...
به هر صورت من که دیگه به کسی پیشنهادش نمیکنم برخلاف دو کتاب قبلی: "کارما" و "بخشش"
اونا کمی بیشتر هم مسیر بودن با واقعیات

The second book in this series looks to ground the mind and soul, teaches the reader to be introspective, and shows how intuition is fundamental in everyday life.

These books are super quick reads with an amazing amount of lessons put into 100+ pages.

I highly recommend these books, this one especially, for everyone. I will be sharing these books with my son when he gets a little bit older. I believe these lessons will help him with those big life questions and experiences that most of us don’t learn until we are older adults. I hope to give him a head start. If you have children, definitely get these books in their hands!
