As equestrians we are united by our love of horses. Let's face it. Whether you own, lease, or borrow sometimes you don't feel like riding. My handy book provides the perfect collection of excuses for you to tell yourself or your trainer.

We equestrians are no different than anyone else for making excuses not to do what we need to be doing; this includes riding. We love horses, you know, but there is some days that if we can get out of doing it then we don't need much encouragement!
Take the weather, for example. Extreme temperatures, frozen fingers or sweaty bodies. No, thank you. So, what you need is a ready-made set of excuses for every situation so that you can just spout them out as needed. This is where the author of the Equestrian Handbook of Excuses comes in for you. Heather Wallace has put together this tongue-in-cheek e-book featuring plenty of excuses just for you and me to use. It's short, but then, how many excuses do you need anyway?
I do know that there is one excuse that I would use for not riding that week: I can't afford it! London prices for riding lessons are notoriously expensive. Well, they would be. It's the capital after all. But, we equestrians sacrifice everything to be close to our horses. If you don't own a horse and you are unable to work with them, then lessons are all we have. I know myself that everything I buy usually equates to how many riding lessons that will give me.
This little book is funny and will undoubtedly make you smile. Just sit back and count how many of these excuses you've used in the past!
