interesting book.. this subject has always been of interest to me.. past life regression.. it is mostly guided towards this by means of hypnosis, but it offers insight into dreams, meditation, and self-hypnosis.. it's 30 something years old, this book.. so many more have explored this area.. anyway, good book if you are into this kind of stuff..
