Ok. The book is just ok, not great... There is no instruction, just expects you to be able to copy what is drawn in the book. This is definitely not a book for beginners. This is for intermediate and beyond. They might find this book a bit basic for their needs. For the price on Kindle it was worth a read. Give it a try, you may like it. If you don’t, atleast you didn’t spend a fortune to buy it.

Very nice pen, charcoal, and pencil sketches with a few with ink washes. It’s written in a stiff, formal tone with a clear introduction but no conclusion or true resolution; the book just stops. I’d say the best part about this book is the sketches. The information regarding 90* angles for establishing reference points when drawing didn’t make sense. However, the anatomical and functional discussion of the hands, joints, muscles, and general movement was very helpful.
