This is a small read with a lot of information and wisdom for those going into change. Change of organizations changes over the years with different themes. In the mid-Sixties a new model called "total system" change emerged. This theme focused on system examination. He states that the general environment is highly dynamic saying the the 60's may be known as the decade of the explosion. Packed with data this book is a good resource.
