"Has the human capacity to determine what we can do outstripped our ability to decide what we ought to do? Noel Preston argues that it has.<"/b>
I read this as part of my course on Ethics. This novel taught me and questioned me on many levels of ethics, morality and philosophy in life. The arguments are on point and effective at portraying/delivering the message(s) across. with clever use of case studies. Every day we face dilemmas that challenge our principles and values. Do we always do right? How can we tell what we think is right, actually is best? This does read like a textbook because it is and a good one at that.
