Incredible selection of homey recipes, and not only is it organized under general headings (fish, shellfish, sauces, soups, etc.), but under subheadings for the specific type of seafood you're using (mackerel, tuna, smelts, trout, salmon, herring, etc.). Super easy to find a way to use whatever seafood you've got handy.
Picked it up for a dollar at the second-hand book shop, and it may just be the best seafood cookbook I own.
