Needs to be edited. Feels like many sections are not matched up between the image and the exercise descriptions. And grammatical errors. The descriptions and pictures are not all accurate to describe the movements required for each exercise
No nonsense straight to the point guide book. Exercises broken down into a simple explanation with images. Liked very much the training guides/plans at the back of the book, very easy to understand.
This book gives the first timer and the experienced exerciser good well organized info and illustrations and some good suggested workouts. A fine book for anyone .
