Beautifully written. All of the characters are very likable even Von Rumpel, the antagonist, whom I imagined as Christoph Waltz from Inglorious Bastards. Werner shines the most in the novel and I found that I never felt like I had enough of his story whenever it transitioned back to Marie Laure. The way the story is formatted was perfect and at times even leaves the reader with a cliff hanger. Thoroughly enjoyed this novel
