Both a guidebook and a cookbook. This little gem has traditional regional Cape fare as well as dishes that celebrate culinary influences from other parts of the world. It was a lovely afternoon read. 3.5 ⭐️

Cape Cod is my very favorite place to vacation and I am always on the look out for some cookbooks that capture some of the dishes I love. This little one is quick to read and it has some of the tastiest dishes that are classics of the Cape. One I truly love is Smoked Bluefish Dip on page 19. It reminds me of times sailing with my friends when they would catch a bluefish and grill it on board. And then of course Lobster Bisque and New England Clam Chowder are two of the must delicious bowls of soup my husband and I would get as soon as we got to our favorite spot The Wee Packet Restaurant.
