The Inclusive Church Resource is written to help your own church to be equipped to welcome all people regardless of their ethnicity. It contains stories of different people's experiences of issues related to ethnicity, a Theology of Ethnicity by Michael Jagessar and a resource section containing addresses, websites and practical advice. Michael Jagessar is a minister of the United Reformed Church with responsibility for intercultural theology and practice of ministry, and former moderator of the General Assembly.
An easy read with some difficult implications for those of us who belong to very white churches. The three sections - Experience, Theology, and Resources - are very different but all very useful, and perhaps most useful is that all three are published together. It is common to regard them as separate, when in fact they are (and should be) deeply intertwined. The concept of 'mutual inconveniencing', which arises from Jagessar's consideration of the trinity in the context of creating a truly inclusive church is, I think, likely to be helpful one.
