Honest reaction to Star Wars Galaxies: The Complete Guide: it made me want to call my mom. Chris W. McCubbin writes about family in a way that's tender without getting syrupy, and the small stuff, like a recipe nobody can quite recreate, carries more weight than any big dramatic moment. My complaint is the timeline jumping around, which had me flipping back to figure out who was where. Perfect for anyone with complicated family history. Skip it if you want a fast plot.

Not gonna lie, I almost quit Star Wars Galaxies: The Complete Guide around page 80. Glad I didn't. Chris W. McCubbin takes a minute to warm up, but once the pieces start connecting, it moves fast. The payoff is real. Great for patient readers, rough for anyone who bails on slow openings.
