This book came with a training provided by my employer. I think it is a helpful resources/reference for my staff members not trained in mental health. I think a lot of them still feel overwhelmed at the idea of providing YMHFA and will still refer out to the school counselors and health aides, but it's a good start. I appreciate all the provided resources and cited research.
