Not bad for a textbook, but summarizing this is my mid-term, which automatically makes it less enjoyable. I found the book to be a bit long-winded at times, but it does provide good insides and interesting case studies.

Another book read in the pursuit of my MPA degree. Relatable, easily-digestible content.
